Speaking for the Central Meadowbrook Neighborhood Association, he opposed the variance for the existing fence, arguing there's nothing unique about the business that warrants an exception. He stated the tarp rarely covers the fence properly, the vehicles are still visible, and the fence materials are not durable. He also noted that the fence and tarp do not predate the neighboring residents.
